Esther is working among the Tibetan peoples of Asia, South Asia and South East Asia. According to Paul Hattawy´s “Peoples of the Buddhist World”, there are around 238 Buddhist people groups. Most of these are totaly unreached. After the Muslim peoples of the world, the Buddhist world has fewer missionaries than any other mega block of unreached peoples. Esther is working among a cluster of more than 20 unreached Tibetan Buddhist peoples that follow Tibetan or Vajrayana Buddhism. There are actually more followers of the ancient Bon religion in this people group than followers of Buddhism. Esther´s cluster of peoples have almost zero Christians among them, not to mention a total lack of the Word of Life in their languages.
Esther is working on bringing the Bible to her people in audio, thru oral bible stories and through a written translation of God´s holy word to the nations. She is an experienced evangelist, preacher and discipler as well as a linguist/translator. She lives on a shoestring and urgently needs your support to help her travel high into the mountains to reach her tribe, learn their language, and translate the scriptures into their language. Many of Asia´s minority languages are in danger of extinction. Translating the Bible guarantees the continuity of their language, and tells the speakers of a language that God loves them and they are of great value to Him and to his disciples. PLEASE HELP ESTHER BRING GOD´S WORD TO THESE NEEDY BIBLELESS TIBETAN PEOPLES.

David y Sarah are Directors of our new IFMB base in Europe, situated in Spain. The base is in the early development stages in a key and strategic region for our missionary work. The objective of this work is to revitalize and strengthen the Christian movement in the West, and soon and soon reach out to the North of Africa, Middle East and other parts of the world. This base will be working to mobilize and train the Spanish and other European churches to obey the great commission. It will also function as a logistical base for church planting teams sent out of Latin America. These teams will be working in the hundreds of Spanish villages and communities, as well as Muslim and Buddhist migrant communities that have no evangelical church. They are working with the large Christian Latin American community in Europe, as well as the Evangelical Gypsy churches of Spain to help mobilize them for missions and implement our Tribe to Tribe program sending Gypsy evangelicals out from Spain to unreached gypsy tribes in South Asia. Bible translation, revitalization of endangered tribal languages and cultural transformation are all part of this program. David and Sarah are presently in the initial founding process what we be calling “The Francis Schaeffer Center for Cultural Studies” for the re-evangelization, reconstruction and transformation of Europe.

Job Vargas and his wife Mabel are experienced Bolivian missionaries from the Quechua tribes of that beautiful Andean country. They have two daughters, Ash and Jessica. They served as church planting missionaries among unreached people groups in Northern India after learning and speaking the Hindi language for their work of ten years. God blessed their ministry with many disciples and five churches that were planted as fruit of their labors.
After returning to Bolivia in 2007 they began a ministry of what Job calls “Visionary Trips” to India to inspire and mobilize new workers going out from their native country. More recently Job and Mabel have founded (Bendecidos Alcanzando Naciones when translated means We are Blessed Reaching the Nations), an indigenous interdenominational mission society that is praying for new workers and actively recruiting them. They are mobilizing, training, and facilitating workers, sent by the Holy Spirit, from Quechua and Aymará tribal believers of South America´s Andean countries. They are focused on the 72 unreached Tibetan Buddhist people groups in Northern India, Nepal, Bhutan, northern Myanmar, Tibet and also in the Sichuan, Gansu and Qiangai provinces of China, that have many Tibetan people groups. They are also working with Buddhist peoples in South East Asia.
Job and Mabel and their new missions society are working together with HIMF´s e effort focused on reaching Tibetan Buddhists called “Conexión Andino – Tibetano” the “Andean – Tibetan Connection”. BAN is also part of the “” (Highland Connection), a short term missions effort toward Buddhist and Tibetan peoples. This work is seeking to connect Quechua and Aymará Christian tribals that are used to living in the High Andean Plateau (at altitudes of 3200 – 4200+ meters in elevation) to unreached Tibetan people groups for evangelization, discipleship, church planting and Bible translation.
Part of this effort involves mobilizers and missionary candidates from HIMF´s work in Central America and Spain who are helping to connect Central American and Spanish churches and missionary candidates partnering with BAN´s Andean workers. Also, as the Lord prospers and blesses, Job hopes to help mobilize First Nations (Native American) missionary candidates from the more than 550 tribes in United States. This is Tribe2Tribe work at it´s best!
Job and Mabel and their new missions organization urgently need financial support from churches in South America, Central America, Spain, the USA and Canada to help launch this great and creative pioneer missions effort. You can help make it fruitful with your prayers and financial backing. Please pray for Job and Mabel and BAN! Please make a donation today! Or better yet commit to give on a monthly basis.
